What a stroke of luck to find Villa Automotive. We had car trouble while out of town on vacation. Villa expertly evaluated the problem while we waited (!), devised a mechanical fix that was lower cost than the standard fix, and finished the car faster than promised and at below the estimate. Can't ask for much more than that!

Front office staff, drivers and technicians were all very friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Their service center, garage and equipment are sophisticated enough to handle newer technology in today's cars. Yet, they are also rebuilding engines of old cars. I visited on Saturday and was able to have my vehicle serviced, the following day, on a Sunday! Their pick-up and drop-off service was convenient and saved me time from my busy work week. Thank you, Villa Automotive!

The staff and service at Villa Automotive were all-around excellent. I received frequent updates on my vehicle while it was being worked on as well as updates to my estimate, they took the time to take me onto the floor to let me see the reason for their diagnoses myself, and were very clear about their recommendations but that they were not trying to pressure me to make a decision one way or the other. The shuttle service was quick and friendly, too. I just felt very comfortable working with them.
