Jesus Ramirez was incredibly helpful when he assisted me with my completely defunct car. He attempted to have the car diagnosed when I brought it in even after hours. He had someone pick me up at the motel I was staying at and he called a few car rental places before he found one that actually had a car. He reserved this car for me as well. He was reassuring throughout the whole ordeal and I appreciated that very much. He was just excellent and kind.

John Villa and his team got me back on my long trip from Bay Area to Redondo Beach. I was so impressed with the speed, quality and knowledge of his team. It was a complex issue which he was able to quickly respond to. If you are a Business Traveler and need professional help - VILLLA AUTO should be at the top of your list. I gave him an eight year old bottle one of my favorite wines from a California Winery - it was worth it!

It's Simple. I called to see if I could drop off my 2009 Traverse for its annual smog test. Eric is my regular contact. As usual, he was great, remembered who I am, the several cars we use Villa to take care of, etc. He said bring it in. 2-hours later, it was complete including a maintenance check of the car. That's why I only bring my 4-vehcles to Villa...and Eric!!!
