We were just starting our 8 hour drive to Lake Almanor when our low oil pressure light came on. We were towed to Villa automotive and the service manager had us back on the road in just 3 hours. He saved us from our plan B which was to rent an SUV and transfer all our belongings to get to the lake by the end of the day. Great customer service and glad they were open on a Saturday to help us!

My daughter’s car broke down at work and we had it towed to Villa Automotive. Initially, we thought it needed a full new starter and were prepared to pay for that. After inspection, the Villa team found that it was a faulty wiring harness and didn’t need the full new starter. They fixed that and saved us 1/2 of the initial expectation. Appreciate the reasonable pricing, honesty, and not doing unnecessary repairs. We’ll be back.
