Villa automotive Took a very stressful situation and made it so much easier for me. From being towed by Daniel From downtown San Luis Obispo, To speaking with Matt in the service department, To having Blake do excellent work on my vehicle. I feel very lucky that they were the ones that I contacted. They were quick, Funny, and kept me up-to-date on what was going on. I can’t recommend them enough. Car work always sucks, But they made things so much easier.

I broke down out of town and my car was brought to Villa and my experience with the workers were very excellent. They communicated with me promptly and respectfully got the diagnostic fast and quick I want I went home. It made me nervous because my car was so far away from me, but they made me feel comfortable so that helped with the anxiety. Even though they didn’t work on my car, I had it transferred to my dealership overall it was a great experience.

I have been a repeat customer going back several years. All of the Villa Associates have always and continues to be so caring and so glad to see me no matter the problem with my vehicle. My last visit was Monday, Jan. 26th to get only an oil change....and treated my small purchase as a vitally important sale and service that remains so memorable to me.!!!
