Villa Automotive is the only place I will ever have my truck serviced or repaired again!! After 2 weeks of self diagnostic work, YouTube videos, and another licensed mechanic attempted diagnoses, I drove into Villa for the first time; The manager on duty (John) was extremely polite, and took the time listening to me about the sick truck symptoms, and my diagnosis before calling for a mechanic over to have a look. I was looking at replacement of the torque converter, and possibly other drive train parts. The mechanic had me start the truck, and drive a few feet forward... instantly his trained ear made quick diagnosis of the Bendix in the starter was worn out, not allowing the starter to disengage. Villa Auto had me back on the road in 1hr., and saved me thousands of dollars!! This is the first time I did not get gouged for parts and labor that was unnecessary!!! Finally going mechanics I can trust! And they treated my dog like a Villa family member... who could ask for more!
