I was on a road trip and my car wouldn't start. They were busy and didn't promise that I would be done that day but to my great surprise they were able to get it in, diagnose, and repair what was broken and had me back on the road that same day. Couldn't be happier!

Easy to schedule an appointment online. I went in for a smog and it was done in less than 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service.

Normally would go to the dealer but they were not open at all on Saturday (seriously?). Had towed to Villa since I saw good reviews online. They are open seven days a week. While it took until Thurs. to get the repair done (Sat. 'til Thursday--part was slow to be received, sigh), that is my only complaint and that seems to be not Villa's fault. Villa was good in keeping me informed about the repair and were very courteous always.
