Had A/C problems that I had been trying to get worked on for weeks at another place with no luck and a heatwave on the way for the weekend. Told them on thurs that I had a long trip through that heat with my dog and by Friday they had it figured out and we didn't even notice the heat outside. These people are world class and the only mistake they made is now having to see me from now on because I'll be taking my stuff there.

I would like to say that Villa automotive is the best place to take your car. They are absolutely excellent at taking care of the customer great pricing and wonderful service. Kept me informed all the time with what was happening with my car came to my work and took my car and returned it as promised. I am a SLO native and my only regret is that I did not find them sooner as I have had over 45 cars in my life. They are definitely my mechanic of choice now. The Mercedes dealer wanted over $3,000 to perform a service and replace the brakes on my car. Villa used OEM parts for Mercedes on my car and it only cost me about $600 which is a heck of a savings from the dealership estimate. I also own two other cars and I will definitely be taking them here from now on.
