Had such good help from Jesus! He was super kind and he was able to give me a ride back home while my car was being worked on. They also picked me up when my car was ready! It’s an awesome mom and pop shop! And work fast and effectively!!!

We arrived in SLO from out of town and we’re having some car trouble. Even though Villa had no appointments available they squeezed us in. They did an excellent job working on the car.

We found ourselves in a bit of an emergency after moving our son into Cal Poly, check engine light on and a 300 miles trip home ahead of us. Found Villa through a recommendation in a Cal Poly Parent Facebook group. I was told they were nice, fair and open weekends. Being as it was Sunday of Labor Day weekend I wasn’t hopeful they’d actually be open. They were though! And told us to come in - 1.5 hours later the problem was diagnosed and fixed! John & his crew were great to work with and we highly recommend them!

The Villa Family has a longstanding legacy in SLO area. While conducting bumper to bumper Auto Repair business, they also are teaching Auto Technology to students at High Schools and Cuesta College. Villa takes students to Auto Tech Competitions/Tournaments at the National Level! I have been having issues with my coolant disappearing within months of filling it resulting in my car constantly overheating for almost two years now. I recently moved to SLO, but prior, I’ve gone to auto shops in my hometown and no one really listened when I said my car was overheating and coolant was disappearing but there were no leaks on the ground. Finally, the people at Villa listened to me and actually helped me! It is such a relief to be heard and have answers. The people at Villa are good, wholesome, and care about helping. It shows!
