The staff and service at Villa Automotive were all-around excellent. I received frequent updates on my vehicle while it was being worked on as well as updates to my estimate, they took the time to take me onto the floor to let me see the reason for their diagnoses myself, and were very clear about their recommendations but that they were not trying to pressure me to make a decision one way or the other. The shuttle service was quick and friendly, too. I just felt very comfortable working with them.
