I've never had anything but the best service and attention here. The guys are attentive and professional. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. A couple of people have complained about wait times, but I understand how a 20 minute job on the car in front of me can turn into a 3 hour job. If I am waiting, I make sure I have good reading material with me. Sometimes, I get a rideshare to downtown and go shopping until I get the call that my car is ready. One time, I took my bike along and rode to Avila Beach and back.

I'm new to the area and was shocked when I discovered the cost of having my E350 serviced at the local Mercedes dealership. I feel so fortunate to have found Villa Automotive. Raymond was very helpful to us. He explained in detail basically explained what the mechanic did to our car for oil change. It was our first time there and they did a superb job!

It was a Saturday and we needed immediate service to continue our road trip. The tow company recommended Villa and they were absolutely right. They Were so professional. The shop is orderly and purposeful, and everything is clean. The service I asked for would have been $700 but Villa recommended an approach that was only $130 and got us back on the road fast. I wish they were closer to my home, I'd love to have such a great, fair garage to rely on. Lucky SLO!
