For what's it worth, I have been in the automotive service business for 30+ years in the SF Bay area. As a retired service manager I have a sharp eye for quality shops. Not only is Villa the shop I use when we are in Central Ca. it's the shop I'd like to work in. Sharp people, well organized and a highly trained staff.
