We had a weird emergency with our car while driving through Big Sur CA 1 one of the sliding rocks from the mountain hit our car. We were stranded for more than 7 hours We were very grateful for their prompt and high quality service picking us up with their subsidiary SLO towing company and their willingness to go the extra bit. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the customers. I highly recommend this shop! I've got nothing but good things to say about Jon and Paul villa!

Excellent and prompt service. I Didn't have an oil change appointment but my car was taken care of in well under 2 hours.
