My car broke down on a Sunday and this place was open. It is nice in retrospect how lucky I got finding this place. Ray was helpful right from the start. He assured me he wouldn’t leave until my car got towed in so I wouldn’t have to do it Monday morning. I got the car in and the next morning Ray met me at 6:45am to give me a lift to work in Pismo. That afternoon I got a call it was a minor air hose replacement and it was ready to pick up. It was a reasonable price too. It was an all around exceptional service experience with this place.

it is very refreshing to be able to take my car in for a service and not be taken advantage of or doubt myself on whether I am receiving the correct information on what I need to have done to my vehicle. also a very smooth transition from dropping off my car, getting a ride to my office and then getting promptly picked up and checking out after a service.
