We were travelling through SLO on a Friday afternoon, our Audi broke down in the rain, we had to make many calls before finding someone who would see us at 5pm on Friday and who could work on the Audi. Craig in service got right to it, had someone analyze it that night, sent for and got the part, had us back on the road by the next afternoon. Wheww ... it could have been a disaster, but they took great care of us and our car!
