Called to see if they could do a smog check and 45 minutes later I have my smog certificate in my hands! Friendly and enthusiastic staff!

As an "out-of-towner" whose car broke down on a Sunday, it was very "nice" to find a shop open on Sunday and one where I was made to feel comfortable - as an "out-of-towner, in a difficult situation, you worry about being taken advantage by the repair shop. I definitely did NOT have that feeling an Villa.

We are a 2 Volkwagen family and we both trust our cars to Villa Automotive's care. They are efficient, competent and honest and work around our busy schedules to get the work done on time at a fraction of the cost of the VW dealer. The folks who work at Villa understand the meaning of 'customer service' and show with every transaction that they value our business and trust in them. Short version: they know what they're doing and they won't take advantage of you. Great location, large, comfortable customer lounge.

It was my first time visiting, everyone was very friendly and provided high quality service at a reasonable price. I will definitely come back when needed, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great vehicle service and a friendly atmosphere!

Prompt, reasonably priced with an accommodating shop time fee, and accommodating (on a weekend, no less) while replacing my locked wheel bearing for which I had neither the time nor tools to do myself.
