They were courteous, quick and helpful. Prior to smog checking our prius, the service manager asked if it had been jump started, or had a new battery put in in the last month, as that would cause a fail, and he didn't want us to have to pay twice. In addition to that, he asked if we were AAA members and helpfully shared that we could register the car at AAA and get the tags immediately, rather than in the mail. We had no idea that was an option, and we are grateful for the tip! Thanks!
