San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

I was visiting my daughter in SLO when I discovered a radiator issue. I called Villa to have it assessed before starting my four hour trip back to Hermosa Beach. I took it in at 7:15 and after an inspection it was determined that it was safe to drive home and have the radiator reassessed within a few weeks. I was on the road at 8:00 and had no issues along the way. I greatly appreciate their professionalism....another shop might have insisted that the radiator needed to be replaced immediately. Thanks Villa.

Fast service, clean shop. I was unsure when driving up if I should wait in my car to be approached, or go to the desk. I would have appreciated a bit more communication from the employees. Advanced smog check only took an hour, and I was called once it was finished. I would return again for the same service.

My car was having issuse on Sunday afternoon. After getting the battery checked by AutoZone I decided to drive by and see if Villa was open. Thank God they were. My car never would have gotten me home. They even gave me a ride home and washed my car when it was fixed. My only complaint would be a lack of communication from the mechanic. We had to call a couple times to find out what was going on with the car. All in all their service was great!

As always, prompt, professional service, and advice about services clearly in my best interests. Just good folks, although the cat seems somewhat sensitive to being petted.
