I always take my cars to Villa; they always do the job thoroughly, efficiently, and fast. They have a van serving clients that come in handy. A bit on the pricy side (thus only 4.5 starts), but you get excellent service.
No appointment in advance, but I got fast service. Also got a review of what needs to be done on the next servicing.
They accommodated me in a tight situation and treated me right. They even gave me a ride home while I waited!

Got a smog check, as a walk-in on a Saturday. They got it done quickly, no problems.
Needed an oil change quickly to get on the road to L.A. and sure enough, I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. All the reviews online pointed to these guys being pros, courteous and responsive - and I found this to be totally true. I'll be back when I need any kind of service!
