Craig and Sid are the best! I had my 1997 Toyota 4runner towed here because it broke down on the highway. After Craig looked at it, he estimated it would take around $5,000 to get a new engine. We both thought at that price, it didn't make sense to fix the car. He didn't charge me for the estimate because it wasn't an "official" diagnosis, which was really nice of him.He was incredibly pleasant and patient throughout this process, even though he was busy, and even volunteered to talk to my dad so that my dad could understand what was going on.Plus, I left a library audiobook CD in the car after I left it at the shop. He sent it to San Jose, where I live, so I wouldn't have to pay the library for the missing disc. So nice!

My son is a student at SLO and his car broke down. Not being from the area, i called a local auto parts supplier and asked them who they would recommend i call for help. They recommended Villa Automotive Repairs. So I did all normal stuff like checking Villa's website and their reviews; they seemed to be a reputable operation so i gave them a call. My son's car needed to be towed to their shop so i used their associated towing service - SLO TOWING. The tow rate was fair, and the service was excellent! Long story short, I'm happy to report everything went very well. Eric at Villa kept me updated with the progress of the repairs, and there were no up-sell or scare tactics used. They quickly repaired what was needed at a fair and reasonable rate. I'm glad we found them and i will use them again [hopefully not soon] if and when i get that "Hey dad i need your help" call from my son. Thank you!
