Fast and efficient and reasonable!

I came in for a 100k service Craig was very helpful stayed in communication with me on parts arrival and promise times. i am in the Automotive Industry as well and Craig Exemplified what you expect in a Service Adviser he and your staff have done a great job so far.I will be back in to have a Brake Booster installed as soon as the part arrives and will be a returning customer with the rest of my vehicles.

The staff was so nice and helpful! I really appreciated how informative everyone was in answering my questions and concerns. I knew that my truck was in great hands when I left. And I was so greatful for the ride back to work while my truck was getting looked at! My only critique was that I didn't know how much I was going to be paying for the service fees of inspecting my vehicle. As a college student on a budget, prior notice would have been extra helpful.

I took my wife's Mercedes into Villa when the 'service engine' light came on. Our usual service provider, Star Automotive (Mercedes specialists) had closed up shop, so I called Villa and Eric said that they could handle the diagnostic process. I took it in and was a bit shocked by the $194 estimate to diagnose, but Robert called to explain the cause of the engine light coming on (oxygen sensor) and the cost would be $550+ to correct. I accepted, picked up the car, paid the bill and the engine light hasn't come on since. So I'm happy, my wife is happy getting her car back, so all is good.
