Wow. I cannot recommend this place enough. Our engine blew out on us during a road trip to Southern California and Villa was the only place even open on a Sunday. They were slammed with people yet somehow managed to find time to look at our car to quickly assess that we would not be able to drive it the rest of our trip. The owner John was absolutely incredibly helpful and spent so much time trying to find a way to get our engine replacement covered and was able to actually find a warranty on the engine, and even called the dealership for us to confirm. He went above and beyond and we are soo grateful. It would be a mistake to not trust this shop with your vehicles! Thank you, Villa! Ps. The front receptionists were also AMAZING at customer service and so so kind to us in a very stressful moment. We are so thankful!

I dropped in a little over an hour before closing time, needing to smog my vehicle. I was greeted right away and the next thing I knew, I was checked in, checked out, and my car had passed the inspection! I couldn’t have asked for more friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service. Their prices are fair, and they can service and repair pretty much everything imaginable for your automobile. I appreciate the fact that they’re not a dealership or a franchise, with profit margins and labor hours dictating their every move. I feel safer with their experienced mechanics who are familiar the ‘mechanics’ of a car and can identify any issues without connecting a little machine to get the code to put in Google. At Villa’s, they’re knowledgeable and trustworthy, and stand behind their work 100%. That’s a peace of mind you won’t get at Jiffy Lube or your local ________ dealer. Thank you, Villa’s.
