I was in town for an event and the unexpected happen, my car would not start the morning of my event. I wasn't sure what was wrong, and I was freaking out because it was Saturday and I didnt know who I could contact since most shops close on Saturdays and I am not familiar with the area. I did a Google search and found Villa automotives. I immediately called and they said I could take my car in. My car wasnt starting so I asked if they had a tow truck or knew a tow truck company I could contact. They gave me the number for Slo Tow. I called and my car was towed to the shop! I am super grateful for everyone from the tow truck driver to the wonderful staff at Villa automotives. I spoke to Ron and he took down all my info, they inspected my car and then told me they could have it ready in 2 to 3 hours. The service ended up taking less than 2 hours! My event started at 2pm. I was out of the car shop by 12pm. I am eternally grateful to the tow truck company and auto shop for getting me back on the road ASAP. My day started horribly but their compassion and fast service saved the day. I am not exaggerating. Their service was great! Yes, I paid more than expected, but they got me back on the road in less than 2 hours, they were open on a SATURDAY, and were super polite through it all. I'd say that what I paid was worth it!!
