This was my first visit. They promptly assessed the problem I came in for, which fortunately turned out to be minor, and didn't try to up-sell me services I didn't need. Their charges were reasonable. I'll be back next time my care needs service again.

Being a young, female college student I often get taken advantage of by car shops. I have previously been told I do not know what I am talking about or I will be extremely overcharged for something. Villa Automotive is the first shop that I feel comfortable taking my car back to because they always take care of me and my car for a fair, reasonable price! The staff is also the friendliest and has never disappointed me. They have never once given up on my car or told me they can't fix it. I am so glad I found a car place I can trust while being away for college!
