When you are from out of town, you cannot rely on first-hand experience or recommendations from friends when selecting your mechanic. Instead you turn to online reviews and ultimately your first impressions when you drive up and assess the facility and first interact with the staff. Upon arriving at the busy facility I was greeted warmly and waited while a few customers ahead of me were attended to. I did not hear any of the usual hard-sell "you are going to die if you don't get this fixed" stuff that you often hear at other facilities. After a brief wait in the comfortable lounge (complete with a cat), my information was taken, the work performed in the time predicted, the price was competitive and I was not up-sold. What else can I say.
