I had a door lock issue on a Sunday! Villa had folks working and they were able to take me in. This outfit is honest and good at what they do. They also communicate well, which is important in establishing confidence in them. Finally, they shuttled me to the airport when I had to leave my car there. How do you beat that!

Always the best

Villa Automotive was very friendly and accommodating. Rich Ward didn't roll his eyes at us and hint around about how costly our "travel emergency" repair may turn out to be. We sputtered into their shop at 1:30 pm. The truck was diagnosed within an hour and a half. The repair was complete by 3:30 pm. We spent a leisurely two hours in downtown SLO looking in shops and eating lunch. One day later we left for Dallas Texas and made it to our destination absolutely trouble free! I highly recommend Villa Automotive to anyone in need of auto work in the San Luis Obispo area.
