Seem to do quality work but communication could be better and ended up being more than I was quoted and an extra 5 days in the shop

Always had issues with BMW dealerships, especially the one in San Luis Obispo when it comes to getting my car fixed. I had an issue with sensors in my hood and when I spoke with BMW, they said I had to pay $500 just for them to look at the car. When I called Villa Automotive, they were able to give me a quote right away that ended up being less than 1/3 of the cost that BMW wanted.
