Quick, Kind & Considerate. needed a SMOG test. called for info and was able to go over within an hour. because older model vehicle, they checked the monitors before agreeing to test so that i didn’t have to pay for a test that my vehicle wouldn’t respond to. couldnt have been nicer and built quick trust which will compel me to return if i need service or repair. thanks!

Smog certification fast and friendly on a sunday morning. Where else are you going to get that?

i can't think of another garage on the central coast that i can tow my car to and then have them call me the next day to say it's ready for pick up! this of course depends on how big the job is. however, my experience over the last 6 years is that villa automotive always fixes my car right the first time, and i've never had to bring any of my cars back. thank you once again for excellent service and A+ work! -tim

Up front and candid with any assessment of the vehicle and clearly explains work to be done and associated costs. Delivers vehicle on time or ahead of schedule and reviews all costs with work on vehicle. Again, no surprises. Candid and honest.

Eric kept me informed of the status of my truck. Villa sent a car to pick me up when complete. It was a complicated repair because of extensive wiring damage.

They welcomed me right over to get a smog. Got right in and the front desk attendee was super sweet and got me handled! Grabbed lunch up the street and came back and the car was done! I was able to head back to AAA get my tags and I was thrilled. Resonable price and fast service!
