Not having much mechanical knowledge, I can't make any judgement as to the actual repairs, but I was very pleased that I was able to have the car repaired right away, without an appointment. Rich was very good about keeping me informed as to what was being done, the approximate cost and the approximate amount of time the repairs would take to be completed.
