Courtesy Service from door to door is excellent. Rich, the service manager is superb. He is prompt in his attention, totally frank in his appraisal and always courteous. Eric is equally a superb service manager from my past experience.

I was traveling from the San Jose Area to Santa Barbara when my Volvo s-60's check engine light came on.. being concerned I stopped by at Villa Automotive.. They took me on short notice, diagnosed and fixed my problem and had me on my way in less than 2 hours.. I sincerely appreciated them being sensitive to my needs at that time.
