San Luis Obispo Auto Repair

The young man up front today, I believe his name is Craig, was extremely helpful and professional!

Excellent quality; reliable results.

Took my car in for spark plug replacement and smog check. I was told of all my options and prices for the service. The job was done efficiently and professionally. My car is running very smooth. Thanks for a job well done.

I came in for a smog check, and everything went very smoothly - they even provided a large cat that sat on my lap while in the waiting room. I was so pleased, that I will be bring my car back for some minor body work - Villa's estimates were very reasonable compared to a couple of other local body shops that I visited.

I had to smog my car and the service was fast- about 1 hour and i m happy with the result ! kind and efficient staff

Came in for an enhanced smog. They got me right in without an appointment and 45 minutes later I had my certificate. Pleasant and prompt customer service. I highly recommend!

5 Stars - Came in for a smog on my '98' Forester, which I knew was in good condition and would pass. I appreciate that you didn't try to sell me the "pre-smog" inspection, etc. Just took it into the back and ran the tests, and it passed with flying colors. Also the wait time was very reasonable - less than 1 hour, and I appreciate that, as my schedule is very busy. Thank you for the good service.

Very fast and friendly.

In and out. Prompt service

Villas does a great job of informing me about what the problem is with my vehicle, what my options are and if need be other ways to solve the problem other than spending a lot of money for a new replacement. While I like new parts, sometimes a new part is not required to great the job done, and they have been very helpful in that regard. I would rate them as a 5 star establishment.
