I was very impressed with the service and efficiency of Villa Automotive. As an out of towner with an RV, it's always hard to find a place you can trust. The folks at Villa are fast AND good! It will be my stop for service on the Central Coast.

When I dropped my wife off at the SLO train station on Sat at 6:45 AM and heard the awful "grinding of teeth" of a failed bearing, I knew that I was in trouble. How would I get the to a garage? Where would I go? How would I get back to Cambria? AAA recommended Villa Automotive. I'd been to Villa once before to have my car smogged. I was the first car in at 8:00 AM. Rich quickly wrote up my service request and called me an hour later with the prognosis -- the car need an AC compressor. He'd located one in Morro Bay. The repairs should be completed around 12:00 PM. When I came in later Craig showed me the part that failed and was very helpful explaining how it failed. The technician was focused on the repair work. I actually feel fortunate that the part failed in SLO and not on some lonely stretch of 101. The repair was done quickly for a very fair price. I found a team of mechanics that I like and trust. And since the two cars that I drive to and around SLO and Cambria are vintage 1999 and 2004, I'll no doubt be back for more.
Called to get my car smogged, they said I could bring it , didn't need an appointment . I showed up 15 minutes later,they took it right, 30 minutes later I was finished with smog certificate in hand !! Will be back again. Thanks!

Not only did my 1998 LandCruiser pass smog with no 'extras', it was done in 30 minutes. With no appt. I just dropped it off and figured I would see it in a couple of days. Hadn't even made it home and got a call that it had passed and was ready to pick up. Great team.
I was a walk-in customer for a smog check and they were friendly and accommodated me quickly and efficiently.
