I recently had some major work done on one of our cars @ Villa. I will only take them here. I know the guys @ Villa are good at what they do. I can depend on them to explain everything and when my car is done the work is solid. But this past week I had some work done and the estimated price kept going up with each phone call. While I know they can't always foresee what the total will be once they get inside a car to estimate the work needed, I was given a total and then found, after the work was done, that it was an additional $100.00 more than what was previously quoted. Mistakes happen, things don't get estimated correctly, I get that. I cut these guys some slack because they are so reputable and have always done a great job for me. But then having spent >$700.00 2 weeks before and then >$800.00 the second time for additional repairs....I get the car back and it wasn't even washed. I figured they might at least do this given I am a loyal customer. In the past, they have done this when I have had even less work done. Must say I was a bit disappointed. They kept the car for 3 days and certainly having done this little extra would have gone a long way to show appreciation to a customer who only trusts their cars needs to Villa. Just saying. : )
