As always your service for my car was perfect. My appt was at 8AM and I was advised the car would be finished by 11AM and if anything needed repairs Rich would call me. At 11 I got a call and since my husband is losing his sight I'm the sole driver so needed a ride to pick it up. Lawrence picked me up and was his usual pleasant and well mannered self. My car was washed!!!! and I was advised by Rich the front brakes will probably need doing next visit. What a great group of people you have in your service dept!!

I came in for a smog check, and everything went very smoothly - they even provided a large cat that sat on my lap while in the waiting room. I was so pleased, that I will be bring my car back for some minor body work - Villa's estimates were very reasonable compared to a couple of other local body shops that I visited.

Came in for an enhanced smog. They got me right in without an appointment and 45 minutes later I had my certificate. Pleasant and prompt customer service. I highly recommend!
