Rich Ward (manager) is always friendly and knowledgeable. Work on my vehicle on 8/18 was excellent. I can always count on them to be honest. Gary, who works at their Francis Street shop is admired & respected. His work on my Mercedes is second to none.
I am satisfied with the replacement of my clutch and it works fine. The people treated me well. The work was quality and completed in a reasonable time. My only complaint is the charge for the estimate and not credited into the work on the clutch which was charged extra. I have found another shop to do my future work. thank you.
John, Garry and Eric always do the best for their customers. After a bad experience with another body shop they helped me get my insurance company to do the right thing. They also are the only ones I have do smog checks and other major service for me. Villa's service is the best in town.

Very helpful and accommodating on a Saturday when it was busy. Was in and out pretty quickly. We always take our cars there because of the good work they do, friendliness and we don't feel like they are going to 'take us' for anything that is unnecessary.
