Villas auto has usually done excellent work and been pretty strait up and honest with me. Honestly I have never had many problems with them. Their work has been good and very reliable for me(little pricy at times but willing to pay if its done right, and they let me know what part numbers are so I can compare). Only because I know about cars and dont let them intimidate me with mechanics talk though, I have had friends and family that dont know much about cars go in there and get a rediculously high bill for something not even needed or just screwed by over priced labor and parts alone. Just be wise about what you need and they'll work with you, but ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS THATS YOUR JOB TOO AS THE CUSTOMER!.

I love how i can just drop by and get stuff taken care of without an appointment. I usually get the car dropped off on my lunch break and pick it up after work.

Each and every time I brought my car in for service, I have been taken care of in a most professional, courteous and expeditious manner. I have found that if you can save me money, you will. You saved me $700 on an emissions repair in which my previous mechanic's shop quoted $1500. As a single parent, you allow me to feel comfortable with my decision to have Villa's Automotive furnish my automotive needs. With the last repair, you even fine tuned the tune up my previous mechanic provided by making my little focus sound like a focus again instead of a diesel in cold weather! I came to Villa Automotive when I learned you had hired Dennis Doore, with whom I had had a lot of contact when he was Service Manager of Standard Motors. I knew he would know about my "old" Oldsmobile. My faith in him and the company for which he works (Villa) was re-enforced through my subsequent dealings with them.
