I was on my way to LA driving south on Route 1 in my 2004 Volvo V-40 when my check-engine light came on about 5 miles from SLO. As it happened, I intended to stop at Villa Automotive to review the progress of the work on a different car, a Plymouth minivan. Just before leaving Villa Automotive, I mentioned the check engine light to Soc Pena, and asked if I should be concerned. Soc immediately inspected the car and found a coolant line tucked behind the engine block that was leaking and ready to pop. The team at Villa immediately repaired the line and had me on the road within an hour. The service fee was very reasonable. Villa Automotive saved the day and probably prevented what would have been a major mechanical failure on my drive to LA .

In and out FAST. Very efficient. All I have done here so far was a smog...but it was so EZ. I will use them again....

My F 150 broke down after towing our trailer to Morro Strand Camp ground from Monterey on a Saturday afternoon. Called Ford in SLO and was told they would see if I could be seen on Monday but they were busy. A park employee told me to try Villa and I'm glad I did. Villa is open on Sunday's so AAA towed my truck there. I was offered a shuttle ride the almost 20 miles back to the campground so I was already impressed by the customer service. The next morning John called to tell me the truck was repaired for less than the estimate. Their shuttle once again picked me up and brought me back to SLO. Back home in SoCal with no further issues. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from an auto repair facility. John and his crew are amazing and should be the example for everyone else. Thanks for the help and turning a stressful situation into a very fond memory.....
