We were down in SLO for the weekend from the Bay Area and our Ford Expedition broke down and we had it towed to Villa at 6pm on a Thursday as they were closing. They actually had a mechanic working late who worked on it and it was ready by early afternoon on Friday. Amazingly fast service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
So nice when I just showed up with my car needing an immediate SMOG inspection. Gave me a ride to work Plus they cleaned my car before I picked it up!

Friendly and efficient service
Everyone here was incredibly helpful. My car broke down 300 miles from home and they were the only shop open on a sunday. They got my car fixed so quickly and had me out on the road again. They looked me a ride to anywhere in town as well. Cant thank the guys enough

I had very basic service of smog check. My vehicle was worked on right away which was a nice experience of not having to wait a long time. More than anything the service rep who was helping me was extremely courteous and polite. He was friendly and just a customer focused disposition overall. I tell you, that’s rare these days where service reps look upset at you for trying to do business with them. Price and quality of work nowithstanding I’ll be going back to Villa on customer service alone.
