Eric kept me informed of the status of my truck. Villa sent a car to pick me up when complete. It was a complicated repair because of extensive wiring damage.

They welcomed me right over to get a smog. Got right in and the front desk attendee was super sweet and got me handled! Grabbed lunch up the street and came back and the car was done! I was able to head back to AAA get my tags and I was thrilled. Resonable price and fast service!

Long story short - Villa saved me on Labor Day weekend when my car broke down 5 hours from home. A weekend that would have been a complete nightmare was ultimately salvaged in large part due to Villa, in particular Rich and Casey. seriously PHENOMENAL SERVICE and Villa turned what would have been a nightmare weekend into something salvageable. I'd go to Villa for all my service if it just wasn't 4 hours away!

Long story short - Villa saved my butt on Labor Day weekend when my car broke down 5 hours from home. A weekend that would have been a complete nightmare was ultimately salvaged in large part due to Villa, in particular Rich and Casey (KC?). The long version - I traveled to Paso Robles from SF for labor day weekend, and literally the instant I arrived my car broke down in a winery parking lot. After scrambling to find a place to tow it to with AAA, I found Villa in SLO as an open option, and coordinated to drop off after hours with a drop slip. On the Sunday morning I was able to talk with the staff, and get rolling on diagnosis talking through what the tow driver and I had seen (car was stuck in park, transmission was not damaged but shifter assembly was likely culprit). Ultimately diagnosis was quick, and pricing for parts was reasonable (I had been researching online) but due to the holiday arrival would take a bit. Ultimately I ended up taking a bus back to SLO the following weekend, which also broke down and was over an hour late, but Casey and staff were in contact and waited until after hours for my pickup -- seriously PHENOMENAL SERVICE and Villa turned what would have been a nightmare weekend into something salvageable. I drove 4 hours back and brought my 2001 Mercedes E55 to Cars and Coffee the next morning. I'd go to Villa for all my service if it just wasn't 4 hours away!

Everyone was so nice and they were able to get me in immediately for rotors/brake service, and finished by the afternoon. Amazing bonus, they cleaned the inside of my windshield for free! Definitely going back for other services.

Villa had my motor home in and out in very short order and their waiting room is First class the service people excellent at their job's and they are polite and very respectful of the people who they serve I recommend them highly.

This company is the best automotive repair company I have ever used. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. I have both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in auto mechanics and I became auto mechanic and then an auto mechanics teacher. It is clear to me that no other company can match Villa Automotive.
