While driving home from SLO to Santa Clarita, my car’s power steering became erratic & dashboard messages also displayed battery issues. Unable to safely continue driving & completely unfamiliar with the area, I searched for an auto-mechanic (on a Saturday, early afternoon!) Finally, found Villa Automotive, had problem diagnosed & was assured resolution ASAP, but realistically would not be completed until next day. The problem was determined to be a faulty alternator, which was immediately acquired, installed & job completed by 4:30pm Saturday … cannot speak highly enough about Villa’s owner John & associate Eric’s expertise, service & friendliness. My only regret is not living closer to make their shop my “go-to” automotive repair business - 5-star service, indeed!!
