We had a great experience with Villa. They were open on Sunday when our alternator went out driving up Highway 1. They got right to the issue, went to bat for us to get credit from the parts manufacturer for the warranty on work performed out of state and had the car fixed up the same day the part came in. Villa is a great example of a local, family run business that's passionate about caring for customers and doing good work.

I was in and out in very short order with my older motor home and they did a Wonderful job I was able to wait Comfortably in their plush lobby with my service dog and the atmosphere was friendly overall. I will Definitely be a repeat customer. They made the whole experience no big problem.

When our beloved RV broke down at Morro Bay campground, 200 miles north of home in LA, we brought it to Villa. The rig is a '90s Ford-based RV and the repair in question, a 27 year-old main computer module, could not have been more obscure. It seemed like the kind of thing that would take the rig out of commission but Villa was experienced with this. If this was going to happen anyway then it was probably good fortune that it happened there. They have a scholar's knowledge of all things old, older and new and are an all-around decent outfit. My thanks to Rich Ward who took good care of us through the weeks that our big guy was laid up in SLO. From my experience, I recommend them unreservedly.

Showed up at Villa Automotive before 10AM for a smog check on an older car. Said it would be about 2 hrs (because of the age of the car ‘89). Asked if they could drop us somewhere. I was ready to get a Uber. Delivered us to IHOP, had breakfast and nice conversation, and an hour and half later Tina called said car passed inspection (yay) and they came back and picked us up. Absolutely a great start of a day. Thank you again Villa.
